Why should I register, and where do I sign up?
Registering allows you to do more with CrashedToys – and get more in return. Here are a few benefits of registration:
- Immediate Buying Power, or bidding capability, to bid and win
- Ability to view multiple live online auctions simultaneously
- Ability to save your searches and create Watchlists
- Access to a customizable, personal Member Dashboard

- Exclusive access to Member appreciation events
All it takes is a few moments to become a CrashedToys Member. Simply fill out the form on the Registration page or on the CrashedToys Mobile app.
How do I sign up for a CrashedToys Membership?
To register, follow these three steps:
- Complete the first step of the registration form with your name, phone number and email address. Once you’ve submitted this form, you will receive an email with a link to create your password.
- 2 and 3: Choose your membership, submit your payment and upload your documents
Once your documents have been verified by our Member License Team, you will receive an email letting you know that your account has been activated for bidding. Please note that it may take up to three business days for your documents to be processed and verified before you can bid.
What is Buying Power, and how do I get it?
Buying Power is an indicator of the number of vehicles you can bid on and the dollar amount you’re allowed to bid. When you register for a Basic Membership, you start off with a Buying Power of $2,000.
How do I increase my Buying Power?
Increase your Buying Power one of two ways:
- Place a deposit equal to 10% of the maximum amount you wish to spend
- Upgrade to Premier Membership, which gives you substantial Buying Power to bid on multiple vehicles at a time
Buying Power deposits are not applied to vehicle purchases. Deposited funds to increase Buying Power can be fully refunded as long as all open invoices have been satisfied in full. You can increase your Buying Power or upgrade to Premier Membership through your My Account page.
Besides more Buying Power, what other benefits do I get with a Premier Membership?
Premier Members have several unique benefits, including:
- Priority Member Services phone support
- Free safety vest (one per membership year)
- Fast pass barcode scanning to preview vehicles

What is the Member Protection Pledge?
The Member Protection Pledge is our agreement to meet a predefined group of conditions, or else you get your money back. Subject to limitations, the Pledge is offered on purchases for any items bought for less than $49,999.99 through CrashedToys.
The Pledge contains statements about vehicle images, odometer readings, running conditions, title types, Brokers and more. As you make your way through the document, you’ll see that it thoroughly outlines limitations, eligibility requirements and claims instructions.
CrashedToys will, in its sole discretion, determine whether you are eligible to participate, whether a loss is of the type that qualifies for a Member Protection Plan Reimbursement, and the final amount of any reimbursement. We reserve the right to terminate the Member Protection Plan or modify its Terms and Conditions at any time – with or without notice.
