CrashedToys Dallas provides a one-of-a-kind setting with endless possibilities for group events of all sizes, including corporate groups, meetings, charity galas and other social events.
With a team of experienced event professionals and first class catering and bar services provided by G Texas Custom Catering, we can help create an event that fits your vision perfectly. Our event team offers support throughout the entire planning process and provides the resources to ensure flawless execution of your event.
The 30,000 square foot indoor space and 6,500 square foot outdoor truck yard designed by Dean Dekker feature large built-in bars, 41 video screens, hand-painted murals and incredible industrial fixtures and furnishings. CrashedToys Dallas offers three great event spaces for a total of 19,000 square feet of useable event space.
For an event that will utilize all spaces, the capacity for guests will be approximately 820 seated and 1,425 standing-room only. Much of the existing inventory and fixtures can also be removed or reconfigured to fit the needs of your event.

THREE AWESOME EVENT SPACES
The ClubHouse (7,500 square feet)
Approximate Capacity: 320 seated/500 standing
The ClubHouse is the main showroom of CrashedToys Dallas and offers a view of the inventory as well as access to The ReBar, a custom full-service capable bar.
The Cage (5,000 square feet)
Approximate Capacity: 200 seated/325 standing
The Cage is the primary point of entry into CrashedToys Dallas and features retractable garage-style doors which open to a patio area.
The BoneYard (6,500 square feet)
Approximate Capacity: 300 seated/600 standing
The BoneYard is an outdoor event area which boasts a beer garden, a custom stage with lighting, fire pits and The DeadMan's Bar.
